These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the bitpkr platform — including your account, all betting and gaming products, bonuses, payment transactions, and your rights and obligations as a player. Please read this document carefully before registering or placing any wager on bitpkr.

bitpkr accounts are available exclusively to individuals aged 21 years or older. Identity and age must be verified through KYC documentation before withdrawals are processed. bitpkr reserves the right to request documentation at any point and suspend accounts pending verification.
All transactions on bitpkr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL and Meezan Bank. Withdrawals require completed KYC and must be directed to an account or wallet registered in the verified player's own name.
All bonuses issued by bitpkr are subject to wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits and expiry periods. Bonus abuse including multi-accounting or exploiting system errors will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
Fraudulent activity, collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, use of automated tools, and operation of multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. bitpkr employs real-time monitoring systems and reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where prohibited conduct is detected.
bitpkr is committed to player welfare. Self-exclusion, deposit limits, loss limits and session time controls are available to all players. Players who set lower deposit limits will have those limits applied immediately. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.
bitpkr's liability to any player in connection with these Terms is limited to the net deposits made during the 12-month period preceding the claim. bitpkr is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses arising from platform use, game outcomes or service interruptions.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "You", "Your") and bitpkr ("bitpkr", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the gaming platform accessible at bitpkr.site. By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any feature of the bitpkr platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the bitpkr platform.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
2.1 Access to and use of the bitpkr Platform is strictly restricted to Eligible Players. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria:
2.2 bitpkr reserves the right to require identity and age verification documentation at any stage — including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, during account review, or upon suspicion that the eligibility criteria are not met. Acceptable documentation includes, but is not limited to, Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification.
2.3 Any winnings generated or bonuses claimed by an individual who does not meet the eligibility criteria — including underage players — shall be forfeited in their entirety. bitpkr will take all reasonable measures to prevent underage access to the Platform, including without limitation employing age verification systems and cooperating with regulatory authorities.
bitpkr has a zero-tolerance policy toward underage participation in gaming and betting activities. Any individual found to be under 21 years of age who has registered an Account will have that Account permanently closed and all associated funds, including any deposits, forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Parents and guardians are encouraged to utilise parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gaming platforms.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the bitpkr Platform. Maintaining multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes Prohibited Conduct and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances contained therein.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any additional details requested. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. bitpkr will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to bitpkr support immediately.
3.4 Contact Information Updates. You are responsible for ensuring that the contact details associated with your Account — including your mobile number and email address — remain current and accurate. bitpkr uses these details for account recovery, OTP delivery, and regulatory communications. bitpkr bears no responsibility for failed communications resulting from outdated contact information maintained by the Player.
3.5 KYC Verification. Withdrawal of funds from your Account requires successful completion of KYC verification. bitpkr may request the following documentation: government-issued photo identification (CNIC or passport), proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership. Accounts may be restricted to deposit-only status pending completion of KYC. bitpkr reserves the right to extend the KYC review period where additional verification is required.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bitpkr currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), and Meezan Bank. bitpkr reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice, subject to regulatory requirements.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published in the Banking section of the bitpkr Platform and are subject to periodic revision. bitpkr reserves the right to impose maximum transaction limits on individual accounts or payment methods without explanation where required for fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, or operational reasons.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that: (a) are registered in the verified Player's own name; (b) match the identity confirmed through KYC documentation; and (c) have been used previously for a deposit on the Account, or have been approved as an alternative withdrawal method through bitpkr's payment verification process. bitpkr will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
4.4 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times are indicative and may vary based on payment method, verification status, and transaction volume. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for fully verified Accounts typically process within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. bitpkr does not guarantee processing times and will not be liable for delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the bitpkr Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bitpkr does not apply currency conversion charges. All balances displayed in your Account are in PKR and represent the actual PKR value unless otherwise explicitly stated.
4.6 Inactive Account Fees. Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. bitpkr reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts as specified in the fee schedule published on the Platform, provided the Account balance is greater than zero. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied.
5.1 General Conduct. By placing a bet or participating in any game on the bitpkr Platform, you acknowledge that: (a) the outcome of each event, hand, spin or game is independent of previous outcomes; (b) past results do not indicate or guarantee future results; and (c) all gaming and betting activities on the Platform involve an element of financial risk and losses are a possible and regular outcome.
5.2 Bet Confirmation. A bet or wager is only accepted and confirmed when the Platform displays a bet confirmation screen with a unique bet reference number. bitpkr reserves the right to void any bet placed or accepted in error due to a system malfunction, pricing error, data feed failure, or any other technical issue. Where a void is applied, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.
5.3 Sportsbook Rules. Cricket betting and all other sports markets on bitpkr are governed by sport-specific rules published in the bitpkr Sportsbook Rules document, accessible within the Platform. In cases of ambiguity between these Terms and the Sportsbook Rules on matters specific to a sporting event or market, the Sportsbook Rules take precedence for that specific matter.
5.4 Live In-Play Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to system availability and market suspension. bitpkr reserves the right to suspend, delay, or void in-play markets at any time where it determines that the integrity of the market cannot be maintained, where a connection issue is present, or where the relevant event has concluded prior to bet confirmation. Live betting odds are subject to change without notice.
5.5 Casino and RNG Games. All digital casino games and slot titles on the bitpkr Platform operate using independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). The RNG ensures that each game outcome is statistically independent and unpredictable. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session results. RTP figures for all games are available in the respective game information panels.
5.6 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical randomness — the physical dealing of cards, spinning of roulette wheels, or rolling of dice in a professional studio environment under camera supervision. These outcomes are not generated or influenced by any software or by bitpkr. Studio operations are subject to the compliance requirements of bitpkr's international gaming licence.
6.1 Bonus Eligibility. All bonuses and promotional offers made available through the bitpkr Platform are subject to individual offer terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum stake restrictions during wagering, and offer expiry periods. The specific terms for each promotion are published at the point of offer and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Balance must be wagered the specified number of times before it converts to Real Money Balance available for withdrawal. Unless stated otherwise in offer-specific terms, the wagering requirement applies to the Bonus Balance only. Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements — contribution rates for all product categories are published in the bitpkr Promotions FAQ.
6.3 Maximum Bet During Wagering. Unless otherwise stated in offer-specific terms, the maximum permitted bet or stake per round while a wagering requirement is active is Rs 500. Bets or stakes exceeding this maximum during bonus wagering may result in all winnings from that bet being voided and the bonus being forfeited.
6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Balance and associated wagering requirements expire after 30 days from the date of issue unless a different period is stated in the offer-specific terms. Upon expiry, any remaining Bonus Balance and all accumulated wagering progress will be removed from the Account without compensation.
6.5 Prohibited Bonus Conduct. The following activities constitute Prohibited Conduct in relation to bonuses and will result in bonus forfeiture and potentially Account closure: (a) registering multiple Accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; (b) systematically exploiting bonus mechanics through low-risk arbitrage strategies or matched betting techniques using bonus funds; (c) using bonus funds primarily on excluded games or markets; (d) colluding with other players to satisfy wagering requirements through coordinated play.
6.6 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. bitpkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. Offers are not transferable between Accounts and hold no cash value outside the Platform.
7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bitpkr Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will, at bitpkr's sole discretion, result in one or more of the following consequences: immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Account balance (Real Money and Bonus), voiding of affected bets, and reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
Prohibited Conduct includes but is not limited to:
bitpkr employs real-time fraud detection systems, device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and behavioural analytics to identify Prohibited Conduct. Where Prohibited Conduct is confirmed, all balances associated with the account — including any Real Money Balance — may be forfeited and withheld pending regulatory guidance. bitpkr cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies on matters involving fraud, money laundering, and illegal gaming activity.
8.1 bitpkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming behaviour. We regard responsible gaming not as a regulatory obligation alone, but as a fundamental ethical commitment to the wellbeing of our Pakistani player community.
8.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players through the Account Settings panel:
8.3 bitpkr customer support agents are trained to identify and respond to signs of problem gambling. Players displaying indicators of distress, loss-chasing behaviour, or disordered gaming patterns may be proactively contacted and offered responsible gaming support resources.
8.4 Players who are concerned about their own gaming behaviour, or about the gaming behaviour of someone they know, are urged to visit the bitpkr Responsible Gaming page for detailed guidance, self-assessment tools, and contact information for external support organisations.
9.1 All intellectual property rights in the bitpkr Platform — including without limitation the brand name "bitpkr", all logos, trade marks, service marks, trade dress, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, video content, and data compilations — are owned by or licensed to bitpkr and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
9.2 You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purposes of legitimate personal gaming and betting in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; create derivative works based on Platform content; or use any bitpkr trade marks or branding materials without express written authorisation.
9.3 Any unauthorised use of bitpkr intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability. bitpkr actively monitors for and will take enforcement action against unauthorised use of its intellectual property.
10.1 bitpkr's collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the bitpkr Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
10.2 bitpkr processes personal data for the purposes of Account administration, identity and age verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and the delivery of Platform services. bitpkr does not sell personal data to third parties.
10.3 Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by bitpkr, subject to the retention obligations imposed on bitpkr by its international gaming licence and applicable law.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bitpkr's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Player's Account, or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player during the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.2 bitpkr shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — for any of the following types of loss or damage, even if such losses were foreseeable at the time of entering into these Terms:
11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes bitpkr's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
12.1 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting bitpkr customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via a verified payment method, net of any applicable pending withdrawals or transactions. Any Bonus Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.
12.2 bitpkr-Initiated Closure. bitpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time without prior notice where: (a) bitpkr reasonably believes that Prohibited Conduct has occurred or is suspected; (b) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (c) regulatory or licensing requirements mandate the closure; (d) bitpkr is required to do so by law enforcement or regulatory authority; or (e) the continued operation of the Account poses a financial, reputational, or compliance risk to bitpkr.
12.3 Where an Account is closed by bitpkr due to confirmed Prohibited Conduct, all balances — including Real Money Balance — may be withheld pending investigation. Where required by the terms of the international gaming licence or applicable law, withheld funds may be directed to responsible gaming funds or regulatory bodies rather than returned to the Player.
13.1 Initial Complaint. If you wish to raise a dispute or complaint in relation to your Account, a transaction, a bet settlement, or any aspect of the bitpkr Platform, you must first contact bitpkr customer support through the live chat function or via email at [email protected]. Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. bitpkr will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and will endeavour to resolve them within 5 business days.
13.2 Escalation. Where a complaint cannot be resolved at the initial customer support level, you may request escalation to bitpkr's Compliance team. Escalated complaints will receive a final written response within 14 business days of escalation.
13.3 External Dispute Resolution. Where a complaint remains unresolved following the completion of bitpkr's internal complaints process, the Player may have the right to refer the matter to the alternative dispute resolution body designated under bitpkr's international gaming licence. Contact details for the applicable dispute resolution body are available from bitpkr customer support upon request.
13.4 Records. bitpkr maintains detailed records of all transactions, bets, game rounds, and account events. Where a dispute relates to a specific transaction or game outcome, bitpkr's records shall be treated as authoritative in the absence of clear evidence to the contrary.
14.1 bitpkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made to these Terms, bitpkr will provide reasonable notice to Players through one or more of the following channels: email notification to the registered address, in-platform notification banner, or publication of a revised version on the Platform.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amended version of the Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.1.
14.3 bitpkr recommends that Players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version. The effective date and last review date displayed at the top of this document indicate the currency of the published version.
15.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bitpkr holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through the dispute resolution procedure in Clause 13.
15.2 Nothing in this Clause limits bitpkr's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, prevent Prohibited Conduct, or enforce obligations arising from money laundering, fraud, or related criminal activity.
15.3 bitpkr makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in all jurisdictions. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is lawful in their own jurisdiction. bitpkr accepts no responsibility or liability arising from a Player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.
